Biography
        Laila joined the firm in 1985 and is currently a member of the firm litigation department Laila represents clients before the national Egyptian court as well as the litigation civil matters.

Laila has successfully secured an anti-dumping decision for her clients Sony corporation the Egyptian Arab company for investment &development and Heracles.

Laila provides day to day legal advice to many multinational and Egyptian companies on various aspects of corporate, commercial, misdemeanors, commercial matters, real estate’s dispute and aviation.

Laila assisted in providing legal services to Majid Alfuttaim, Thomas Cook, Ethiopian Airlines, Emirates Airlines, Clyde & co llp, Upm raflatac oy, Nipro medical Europe N.V., Global Aerospace, Almassa international Inc., INCO Industria Colori S.p.A., Foster Clark, Biodiper fuel & oil industries Inc, and Rotana media group.

Laila provides legal advice on misdemeanors, aviation compensation and commercial matters.

• 1984, LLB Faculty of Law - Cairo University – Egypt.


• International trade and investment diploma.
