Abdelwahab Morsi was born in 1931 in Al Sharkeia, Egypt. Morsi is an Egyptian Postwar & Contemporary artist. In 1957, he graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts in Zamalek, Cairo. Morsi, in 1971, went for free studies in engraving in the university of San Fernando, Spain.
Morsi's work has been offered at auction multiple times, with realized prices ranging from USD 6,537 to USD 6,890. In 1971, he got the second award in the 3rd international triennial, Barcelona, Spain.
