Shalakany are pleased to announce that we have represented Liquid Intelligent Technologies in its 100% acquisition of Cysiv MEA, a leading company in the cyber security services sector. The transaction was handled by our M&A team led by Mr. Omar Sherif, Partner alongside Associates Omneya Anas and Rokaya Ghoneim.

The transaction has been in the works for five months and Shalakany has been delighted to work alongside the Baker Mckenzie Egypt team, representing the sellers, on closing this deal.
