Shalakany is delighted to share that Partner, Muhammad Ussama, participated in the Linklaters 7th CARTAL Conference on International Commercial Arbitration, 2023 which was held on February 10-12 in Jodhpur, India. Muhammad Ussama participated as a speaker discussing the topic of Arbitration and Insolvency: Avoiding a Collision Course.  He was joined by panelists Mesdames Jelita Pandjaitan (Partner, Asia Head – Dispute Resolution, Linklaters, Singapore), Parnika Chaturvedi (Partner, King & Wood Mallesons, Dubai) and Messrs.
