Shalakany Acts for Wings in Nile Cruises Joint Venture
Shalakany is delighted to announce that they have acted as lead counsel for the Wings Group (one of the most prominent Egyptian hotels and tourism players and a longstanding client of the firm) in its joint venture with one of the leading luxury international river cruise operators AMAWaterways. The joint venture envisages investing in luxury cruise ships and operating Nile cruises with the aim of becoming a leading player in the Egyptian cruise industry.
