Emad is currently a member of the Firm’s Litigation Department, representing clients before the national Egyptian courts in addition to providing day-to-day legal advice to many multinational and Egyptian companies on various aspects of corporate,criminal, commercial, competition, insurance, and labor matters.
Emad assisted in providing legal services to Emaar Misr, MAS Egypt, Arabtec, Kraft Egypt, Kraft Heinz, Aillianz, Mondelez Egypt Foods, Global Telecom Holding (previously Orascom), Damas Jewelry, The Three Corners Hotels, the Egyptian Tourism chambers union, Hilton Marsa Allam hotel, NRC for petroleum services, Alstom Power Group, Goyce for tourism, Vanderbilt medical and Payern energy got petroleum.
Emad provides legal advice on general contractual, tortious, commercial and labor matters. He succeeded in the registration of Uptown Cairo and Marassi land parcels which were unprecedented in the history of the Egyptian Notary Authority in respect of land value and area.
Emad’s specialization is as a white collar crime trial attorney and has defended many clients before the courts, police, and prosecution.
Emad participated in the drafting of the new irrigation law as a representative of the Egyptian Union for Tourism Chambers.
