Biography
Rasha joined the firm in 1998 after receiving her LLB from Cairo University.
Rasha is an experienced trial lawyer. Her experience covers all phases of litigation including trails and appeals before tribunals and courts of first instance and appeals, and the Court of Cassation. She undertakes procedures regarding complaints, police reports and misdemeanors filed against Board Chairmen of companies operating in the feild of real estate and communication, and She managed to deny all accusations.
Rasha is specialised in construction and real estate disputes. She often handles cases on behalf of major developers in Egypt against end-buyers.
She handles criminal and civil cases on behalf of Emaar Misr For Development S.A.E., Arab Banking Corporation (ABC), DHL Worldwide Express, Mashreq Bank, Orange Egypt For Telecommunication, Credit Agricole and Dar Al Mimaar Group (Mountain View).
